This handy dashboard, located on your homepage, provides a clear overview of your monthly interactions, including the number of teammates or direct reports you’ve recognized. With just a click, you can easily give recognition directly from the tracker by selecting the wave icon beside your teammate.

If you’re on our Achieve plan, you'll also be able to track Feedback! Managers can use the Tracker to give feedback to their direct reports while Individual Contributors can request feedback from teammates.

Make managing claimable awards easier by setting a budget period to match your company's giving cadences! There are options to set the period to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. Manage your manual awards by going to Admin > Recognition > Awards to edit any existing awards to create a new claimable award. ⚡️ Weekly budget period option added for Manual Awards! 🏆

To help match more giving cadences for various company awards, you'll now have the ability to set your budget period to weekly! Manage your manual awards by going to Admin > Recognition > Awards to edit any existing awards to create a new manual award. Our article on how to set up manual awards has instructions on how to get your own award set up. 🎉

🎁 New Rewards are available in the Bonusly Reward Catalog! 🙌

You’ll find up to 30 new reward options just added to the Bonusly Reward Catalog! This includes Lyft, EA Play, and EA Games Origin Apex. Options like Airbnb (Australia 🇦🇺 /Canada 🇨🇦 ) and DashPass (United States/Canada) are also now available. 🤩 Check out the Reward Catalog to see the new additions in your country. 🌎

📣 Reward Catalog now in alphabetical order within all categories!

When visiting the rewards catalog, you will now see the rewards within each category are now alphabetized. This update should provide greater ease of navigation when searching through reward options to redeem! 🔥

📣 More redemption options released for VISA and Mastercard prepaid cards!

There are now $10, $25, $50, and $100 (in addition to the $5) redemption options for VISA and Mastercard prepaid cards available in the reward catalog! 💳 We activated these options for all companies, but admins still have the ability to manually adjust what amounts are turned on and off if needed by visiting the rewards catalog.

📣 In-store vs online redemption disclaimers updated

We implemented a broader rewards catalog update to any reward redemptions which had disclaimers on whether it can be only used in-store or online. You should be able to see even more details as you and your users redeem rewards! 🙌

📣 Moving to Amazon Web Services (AWS) for user data management!

To modernize and secure our file transfer (SFTP) and storage system, we are discontinuing the use of ExaVault and moving to AWS beginning in mid-January. This integration process will work the same with AWS, with minimal updates needed! 🙌
