Welcome to your Feedback hub! This is where you can view, manage, and take action on all the feedback you’ve given, received, or that’s been requested from you. You can also easily give and ask for feedback directly from this page.

Use the toggles to filter between feedback you've given, received, requested, or that’s still in progress. The page defaults to showing feedback from the last 30 days, but you can adjust the timeline to fit your needs.


Requesting Feedback

You can request feedback both from your Feedback page:

Once you have selected the coworker you'd like feedback from and added some text, you'll have the option to save it as a draft or send the request. You'll also have the option to make the request visible to your manager so they can see the interaction.

Once your request is sent, it’s visible under your Requested Feedback section, and you’ll be notified when your manager or colleagues reply.


Giving Feedback & Pending Requests

Got feedback requests waiting for your response? Don’t worry, they’ll always appear at the top of the page for easy access. Simply click on a request to share your thoughts.

You’ll also see any pending requests on your Homepage, and can offer unrequested feedback from the Monthly Giving Tracker, to keep conversations going.


Sharing Feedback

Want to share your feedback with your manager? You can easily opt to make any feedback visible to them directly from the Feedback page.


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. Can I retract having shared feedback with my manager?
    Yes! If you decide you’d like to un-share feedback with your manager, simply uncheck the "Share with manager" option on the feedback.

  2. Do managers see all feedback requests?
    No, managers will only see pending requests for feedback that has been shared with them. They will have no knowledge of private feedback.
