Overview

Research shows that receiving frequent recognition can greatly impact an employeeโ€™s connection to their work. With Recognition Rates, you'll be able to see how many times the average employee gives and receives recognition through Bonusly each month. Employees giving recognition frequently is a sign of a healthy peer-to-peer recognition program! ๐ŸŽ‰

Click on the Recognition Rates page in Recognition Analytics to see monthly giving and receiving trends.


Recognition Rates Insights

Under the Recognition Rates Overview, you'll find insight cards for average monthly receiving and giving rates. Each card also tracks changes from the previous month for a quick indicator of how recognition is trending.

  • Average Receiving Rate: shows the average rate that users receive recognition each month within your selected time range. This rate includes recognition given by other users, awards, and add-ons.

  • Average Giving Rate: shows the average rate that users give recognition each month within your selected time range.

Recognition Rate Charts

Scroll down the overview page to review and export corresponding charts based on your selected time range. Compare your company's Recognition Rate to the Bonusly Average benchmark to see how your employee engagement program stacks up against average giving and receiving rates.

Average Receiving Rate

  • This chart plots the average number of times users in the company received recognition each month. This rate includes recognition given by other users, awards, and add-ons.

  • "Bonusly Average" is the average rate of all companies in Bonusly

  • Data will update based on the time range selected

Average Giving Rate

  • This chart plots the average number of times users in the company give recognition to other users each month

  • "Bonusly Average" is the average rate of all companies in Bonusly

  • Data will update based on the time range selected


Export Options

Each chart is easy to download and insert into slide decks to share across the organization. Click on the export button at the top right of the chart to download a PNG, JPG, or CSV file.
