Overview

Compare Rates analytics enables HR admins to visualize how different segments of their company are embracing recognition over time. HR teams can focus their time and energy on the departments or office locations that aren't giving or receiving recognition at the same rate as the company average. Inversely, they can glean insights from people leaders whose teams give or receive at higher rates.

Click on the Compare Rates page in Recognition Analytics to get started! πŸŽ‰

You can filter recognition data by department, location, teams, and custom business segments unique to your organization.

Giving Rate / Receiving Rate drop-down: Use the down arrow to select data to compare.

Segment: Use the down arrow to filter by all company segments plus Manager's Team, which includes all users that share a manager and that manager's data.

πŸ’‘Pro tip: Adjust your Time Range to see updated average rates in your insights and charts!

Company Average is included as the default Benchmark (which matches what's on the Recognition Rates page under the Overview).

Each chart is easy to download and insert into slide decks to share across the organization. Click on the export button at the top right of the chart to download a PNG, JPG, or CSV file.
