Overview

With our updated Recognition Analytics, you can tell a better employee recognition story with clear, actionable, and downloadable data. Identify trends, monitor changes, and prove efficacy to communicate the value of employee recognition to company stakeholders. You can easily access the recognition data in the analytics section of your toolbar under Analytics > Recognition.

🚨Spoiler alert! This is the first of a series of updates we’re making to our Analytics offerings. Stay up to date with our Recognition Analytics; Power Your People with Data blog post.

Recognition data

Under the overview tab, you'll see your company recognition data broken out into 3 categories.

  • Recognition Received: shows the total and average recognition received by users during the time period selected.

  • Points Received: shows the total and average number of points received by users during the time period selected.

  • P2P v Awards: gives a comparison of recognition given by users versus recognition from automated awards.

You'll also see trend indicators, which highlight changes in Recognition Received and Points Received by showing the previous month's percentage change, i.e., an 8% increase from the past month.

πŸ’‘ Pro tip: Use the time Range dropdown to select pre-set monthly periods: Year-to-date, 6 months, 12 Months, and 2 Years!

Recognition Charts

If you scroll down on the overview page, you'll be able to view and export corresponding data charts.

πŸ’‘ Pro tip: Hover over the chart for a monthly breakout of the data!

Recognition Received: This chart is a visual breakdown of the total amount of peer-to-peer recognition, including add-ons, compared to recognition from awards. If multiple users were recognized in a single post, the recognition of each recipient is counted separately.

Points Received: This chart shows a comparison of the total number of points received from peer-to-peer recognition, including add-ons versus awards.

Number of Users: This chart shows your monthly user count, which includes any user that was active at any time during the month.

πŸ‘‰ Example: If a new employee joins during the last week of the month, they will be counted in that month.

Export options

Each chart is easy to download and insert into slide decks to share across the organization. Click on the export button at the top right of the chart to download a PNG, JPG, or CSV file.

You can easily insert the download as a file into Google Slides or PowerPoint! πŸŽ‰
