Leaderboard

Quick Recognition Insights Without Interrupting Your Flow.

Updated this week

Available for Org plan only.

Access the leaderboard at any time, whether you're on the home page, in a 1:1, or viewing someone's profile. This means you can explore recognition trends and close it without losing your place.

Where it shows: Homepage users get the mini-page. The old leaderboard page remains available in the Legacy section of admin for anyone who needs it.

How it works
When you open the leaderboard, you'll see rankings for your entire company over the last 30 days by default. You can narrow this down to specific teams or departments, and adjust the timeframe to 30, 60, 90, 120 days, or set a custom range to capture specific periods.

Use cases:

  • Spot engagement patterns: Quickly see which team members are most active in giving recognition or which values are resonating most across departments

  • Celebrate champions: Identify top performers and value champions to spotlight in team meetings or communications

  • Explore your culture: Navigate between different views to understand how recognition flows through your organization, all without interrupting whatever you were doing

What you'll discover:
The leaderboard features multiple boards, each showing the top 5 performers with gold, silver, and bronze badges for the top 3 spots:

  • Most Recognized: who's receiving the most recognition

  • Top Giver: who's giving the most recognition

  • Company Values boards: who's championing each of your organization's values through recognition.

Click into any board to see your full company ranking, or filter down to specific teams.

Exporting the leaderboard

Want to dig into the numbers or share them with your team? You can export any leaderboard view as a CSV.

Open the leaderboard from your sidebar, then tap into a detail view — Most Recognized, Top Giver, or any company value board. Once you're looking at the full list, you'll see an Export CSV button at the bottom of the panel.

The export includes a row per person with columns for department, team, each of your company values, and a total — so you can see not just who's leading, but what they're being recognized for. It reflects your active filters (time range, team, department, or value).

A few things to know:

  • Adjust your filters before exporting if you want a specific slice of data.

  • For very large companies, exports are capped at 50,000 results. You'll see a note if that limit applies.
