Meet your new Profile Page

Learn how to view and use profile pages in Bonusly to see recognition activity, top connections, and core values at a glance.

Updated yesterday

Your profile page is where you can see how recognition flows to and from you. It's a quick way to understand who you're connecting with most, which values you're living out, and what your recognition activity looks like over time.

Why it matters

Profile pages help you:

  • See recognition at a glance — Browse everything you've received or given in one place

  • Discover your top connections — Find out who you interact with most through recognition, add-ons, and comments

  • Understand your values — See which hashtags (especially core values) show up most in the recognition you receive

  • Take action — Give recognition or ask for advice directly from someone's profile

Getting to a profile

Your own profile: Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner and select "View profile." You can also go directly to app.bonus.ly/company/users/me.

Someone else's profile: Click their name or avatar anywhere in Bonusly — in the feed, on a recognition card, in search results, or on the leaderboard.

What you'll see

Header

At the top, you'll find the basics: name, username, department, team, and location. If you're viewing your own profile, you'll see a "Profile settings" button. On someone else's profile, you'll see:

  • Give recognition — Start a recognition for this person

  • "..." menu — Ask for advice. Managers also see "Give advice" for their direct reports.

Activity feed

The left side of the page shows recognition activity in two tabs:

  • Received — Recognition this person has received

  • Given — Recognition this person has given

Click any recognition to expand it and see the full details, comments, and add-ons.

Sidebar widgets

The right side shows insights based on a time range you can adjust (defaults to 90 days):

  • Top connections
The 5 people this person has exchanged the most recognition with. Hover over any connection to see the breakdown — how many recognitions, add-ons, and comments went each direction.

  • Top hashtags
The 5 hashtags that appear most in recognition this person has received. If it's a core value hashtag, hover to see its description.

  • Time range
At the bottom of the sidebar, you can change the time range for both widgets. Choose from 30, 60, 90, or 120 days — or a full year.
