New: “Deactivated” Status Added to Pending Redemptions

To help you manage custom reward redemptions more accurately, we’ve added a new “Deactivated” status to the Pending Redemptions page. If an employee has been deactivated, you'll now see a red Deactivated label beneath their email address—making it easy to identify users who are no longer with your company before approving any redemptions.

Improved Company & User Audit Logs

We’ve made some updates to the Company and User Audit Logs in your Account Settings to make tracking changes clearer and more intuitive. These enhancements include:

These updates are designed to give you better visibility into changes across your organization and make the logs easier to interpret at a glance.

New: Subcategories for Company Swag Rewards

We’ve added support for subcategories in company swag rewards! If you’ve organized your swag items into categories within Axomo, they’ll now appear grouped the same way in Bonusly—making it easier for your team to browse and find what they’re looking for.

If an item isn’t tied to a specific category (or only appears on your Axomo homepage), it will be grouped under “Other” in Bonusly.

More Room to Celebrate: Character Limit Increased to 480

We’ve increased the character limit in the “reason” field for celebrations from 120 to 480 characters. This update supports customers who may need to post in multiple languages or have other requirements for recognition posts.

While we still recommend keeping celebrations short and impactful, we understand that sometimes a little extra space makes all the difference.

Custom Reward Description Formatting

Admins are now able to include formatting in their custom reward description. Formatting includes bold, italic, underline, new lines and links. To see the formatting menu, highlight the text and a popover menu with options will show. The description will show when the reward details are opened on the Rewards page.

Upload CSV for Awards

Award givers now have the ability to upload a CSV of email addresses when giving an award. This makes award giving easier when giving to a large custom group of people!

Admins now have the ability to make the following customizations in emails:
