Your workday moves fast, and your navigation should keep up. Customizing your view gives your team a cleaner, more personal Bonusly experience so people can build a culture of connection.
Admins set the starting point. Users tailor the final view.
This gives you the best of both:
Consistency where you need it
Personal flexibility to make Bonusly yours
How it works
For admins
Plan admins can set the tone for the organization. Does your org use Incentives more than Celebrations? Visit the Navigation card on Account settings to set the view for all users. Make sure to save your changes. You can make updates to all users at any time, but if a user has customized their view, your setting won't overwrite theirs.
For users
Anyone can personalize their view from the "Customize navigation" menu in the More panel. Settings apply only to that user's view. And they can reset to the company order at any time.
Sections you can customize
Users can choose visibility for key navigation areas, including:
1:1s - Manage recurring 1:1 meetings, notes, and follow-ups.
Goals - Create and track goals to keep progress visible.
Recaps - Review summaries and highlights from recent activity and check-ins.
Team - View your team space and people-focused insights.
Rewards - Browse and redeem available rewards.
Incentives - Explore programs and incentive opportunities.
Leaderboard - See recognition activity and rankings across your organization.
Celebrations - Keep up with birthdays, anniversaries, and team milestones.
Advice - Share feedback or request advice from teammates and managers.
Some navigation items cannot be moved. This includes Announcements (if an announcement is active), Home, and Search.
Need help?
If your team sees different sidebar items than expected, start by checking:
Is this item conditional? Pages like Announcements or Celebrations only show up if an announcement is active, or if celebration awards are set up.
