Admin Dashboard Overview

The admin dashboard is a one-stop shop for everything you need to make data-driven decisions about your recognition program. It pulls in data and information from other pages and reports providing a quick snapshot overview of important insights from your Bonusly account.

Navigating to the Admin Dashboard

The Admin Dashboard is accessible in your Bonusly admins tools and visible to the following admin types:

Global Admins
Finance Admins
Rewards Admins

To view the admin dashboard click on the Admin tools in the navigation bar on your Bonusly home page. Then click the first item Dashboard.

The dashboard is also visible for admins in the side admin navigation bar.

Participation and frequency

The first section of the admin dashboard show an overview of company-wide participation and recognition giving rates.

Timeframe: Previous 30 days not including today.

Participation: is the % of users within your company that either received or gave recognition during the timeframe. This includes recognition from Awards and add-ons.

Take a deeper at your participation analytics in your analytics tools under the Analytics > Participation page.

Monthly giving rage: the average number of recognition given by each user for the timeframe.

Monthly receiving rate: the average number of recognition mentions received by each user for the timeframe.

Note: Participation and frequency are categorized into Great, and Low based on comparison to Bonusly benchmark rates across all Bonusly users and whether you are above or below the average.

Program adoption

This section of the Admin Dashboard provides a granular view of feature usage within your organization. Identify areas for improvement and focus your efforts on maximizing program impact.

	Peer-to-peer program Total posts: The total number of user given recognition posts during the timeframe. Total points: The total number of user given recognition points during the timeframe. Reach: The percentage of users reached by the program.
	Awards program Total posts: The total number of recognition posts given by Manual awards in given timeframe. Total points: The total number of recognition points given by Manual awards in given timeframe. Reach: The percentage of users reached by the program.
	Automated awards program Total posts: The total number of recognition posts given by Automated awards in given timeframe. Total points: The total number of recognition points given by Automated awards in given timeframe. Reach: The percentage of users reached by the program.
	Claimable awards program Total posts: The total number of claimable awards claimed during the timeframe Total points: The total number of points claimed through claimable awards during the timeframe Reach: The percentage of users reached by the program.

Cost breakdown

Gain complete cost transparency with a breakdown of rewards spend compared to subscription fees. You can even compare year-over-year trends to predict future costs and optimize your budget allocation.

Subscription cost

Click on the drop down arrow to view the details specific to your subscription fees.

Subscription cost: Total cost of your subscription Year-to-date from the activation date of your Bonusly account. This information can also be found on your Plans & billing page in your admin tools.

Monthly price per seat : Toal cost per user each month based on your subscription plan and contract term.

Current seats: Total number of user licenses for individuals to access and use Bonusly.

Rewards cost:

Click on the drop down arrow to view more details specific to your reward cost in Bonusly.

Rewards costs: The total cost of your reward redemptions year-to-date from your activation date. You can review a breakdown of reward billing information on the Billing activity page.

Month-to-month rewards chart:Here you can view your monthly reward redemption costs year-to-date from your activation date and compare them to the previous year to help with planning and budgeting for rewards.

Average rewards cost: The average monthly reward redemption cost.

Unredeemed balance: the total amount of points users have earned and are able to redeem. This is the amount you would be liable for if everyone cashed in all of the earned points at the same time.
