Administrators can subscribe to the following types of reports on the Subscriptions page (Reports > Subscriptions):
Recognition Activity: All recognition sent and received, including messages and points.
Participation Summary: How each user gave, received, and used their monthly allowance.
Incentives Summary: Completed incentive claims with point values and recipients.
Total Points Earned: Points earned by each user, including totals, balances, and recognition received.
Total Points Given: Points given by each user, including total sent, recipient count, and frequency.
Redemptions Activity: All approved reward redemptions with reward and user details.
Rewards Cost Summary: Total reward spend by user, broken down by type, department, and amount billed.
To subscribe to a report, toggle the corresponding Monthly or Quarterly buttons to receive reports on a monthly or quarterly basis. Check the include deactivated checkbox to include deactivated users in the report.
Reports are sent on the 3rd of each month or quarter. Reports include data from the full previous period (in UTC).
