Recognition Tracking
Located on your homepage, this tool will keep track of your interactions within your team throughout the month, including the number of teammates or direct reports you’ve recognized.
The number badge beside teammates you've recognized indicates how many times you've recognized this teammate. The meter at the top of the tracker will increase as you recognize teammates and display how many days remain in your allowance month to recognize those you haven't yet.
You can easily give recognition directly from the tracker by selecting the “wave” icon for the teammate you’d like to recognize.
Managers will see their direct reports included in the Monthly Giving Tracker, while all Individual Contributers (ICs) will see their teammates listed.

Managers
If you're a manager, you can give feedback to your direct reports straight from the Monthly Giving Tracker by selecting the purple speech bubble icon:
The feedback you provide here will automatically populate in your next 1:1 with this direct report.
Individual Contributors (ICs)
Individual contributors can use the Monthly Giving Tracker to request feedback from their teammates!
When requesting feedback, you can choose to keep this request between you and your teammate, or opt to share the feedback with your manager.
Once you’ve given recognition or requested a piece of feedback, you’ll see a counter badge in the profile picture of each teammate or direct report you've interacted with. Hover over this counter for a detailed list of all the actions you’ve taken!

What if I don't see the Monthly Giving Tracker on my homepage?
The Monthly Giving Tracker is powered by the data we receive from your organization. If it’s not visible on your home page, it’s likely because we don’t have enough data to activate this tracker for your company. You can reach out to your CSM, or [email protected] for help in getting this feature enabled!
Note: If you're on a legacy Appreciate or Connect plan, these plans are still supported but are no longer available for new customers. You can upgrade to our current plans (Free, Team, or Organization) anytime from your billing page.
