Take full advantage of all the features and functions of Signals by crafting your own survey templates. Making your own survey templates is an easy way to customize your team's feedback and recognition. πŸ™Œ

Creating your own survey templates

Ready to start making your own survey templates? In the left-hand navigation under Signals, click on "Templates." Click on the "New Template" button to get started.

Begin adding content using the presets to make your custom template. Click on the "Preview" button at any point to view what your survey template will look like. When you are finished creating your template, click on the "Add a title" button.

You will be prompted to give the template a title name and a description. Click on the "Publish" button to publish your template.

Once published, you can access your newly created template in the Signals > Survey dashboard. πŸŽ‰
