Custom Feeds

Too much employee appreciation is a good problem, but keeping track of every piece of recognition flowing through your organization can be overwhelming. Bonusly's new Custom Feeds help you and your team stay up to date on recognition that matters most to you!

In addition to “Relevant” and “Everything,” you can now add new feeds by team, department, or location, helping make sure you don’t miss a beat on new recognition, awards, or milestones. 🎉

Adding a Custom Feed

To add a Custom Feed to your Bonusly Home page, scroll down to filtering options located above the first post in your recognition feed. Next, click on the plus sign next to "Everything" to see a dropdown menu of options of feeds to add.

Users can add feeds based on the following:

  • Teams

  • Departments

  • Locations

❗️Important Note: Feed information is based on user data added into Bonusly. If you do not import data for teams, departments, and locations, or your company uses custom fields, the custom feeds may not match the listed attributes above.

💡Protip: You can add multiple feeds for the same attribute!

Removing a Custom Feed

One of the best parts about setting Custom Feeds is that once you add them to your own feed, they stay put until you decide to remove them!

To remove a custom feed, simply click on the "x" to close and remove it from your home page.
