We are excited to introduce audio recordings. What is included:
• Auto populate bonus message functionality similar to video
• Pull quotes generated from the recording
• Feed captions for accessibility
• Respects your company video and audio settings
• Works with Slack integration as a link in the feed
Customize Menu Navigation ![]()
We know teams rely on existing tools and workflows. This update is designed to improve flexibility without taking anything away.
Admins can set the default navigation order for the organization in Account settings to guide the overall experience.
Users can then personalize their own view from the Customize navigation option in the More panel. Admin updates will not override personal customizations.

Collaboration Map is available for Managers! ![]()
The entry point for a manager is on the Team Panel below the other Team pages
The default view for a manager displays their team! And they can navigate out to see the rest of the org
Mobile view is supported!
Besides the above, it works the same way as the Admin view collaboration map!

Reports Admin Role ![]()
We have a new admin type: a reports admin. The reports admin has read-only access to the following admin report pages:
Admin Dashboard - links to manage awards, manage celebrations, manage incentives, learn about programs, plans & billing, billing history are hidden
1:1s Summary
Company initiatives - buttons to create or edit initiatives are hidden
Participation
Points activity
Collaboration map
Pulse results - buttons to setup or edit pulse settings are hidden
Recognition activity - buttons to edit and delete recognition posts are hidden
Recognition scores
Incentives summary
Redemptions activity - instead of checkboxes for marking as fulfilled "Yes/No" text shows in the Fulfilled? column, buttons to refund redemptions are hidden
Rewards cost summary
The reports admin also has permission to subscribe to all of our reports that have monthly or quarterly subscriptions available.
Bizy can now help you give recognition directly from a conversation ![]()
Ask Bizy to recognize a colleague and it will pull context from your recent 1:1s, recognition history, and org data to help draft something specific and meaningful. It coaches you toward more effective recognition -- being specific about what the person did, explaining the impact, connecting to company values, and keeping your authentic voice. You review and approve before anything is sent.
1:1 Widget Update ![]()
On the Team Hub, the 1:1s widget has been updated to track how many direct reports have a completed meeting with a check in score, transcript, meeting summary or discussion topics captured
Points Activity Report Updates ![]()
Added "External ID" column to the Points Activity report exports when grouping by Users
Added "Lifetime points received" column to the Points Activity Summary report when grouping by Users
Added "Allowance boost" column to the Points Activity Summary report for all groups (this is for admin one time boosts)
Updated allowance column underlying data so it is more accurate
Pasting URLs in the givebox change to hyperlinks
Paste a url in the givebox and view it as a hyperlink. If the page supports open graph you will also see an attachment. This replaces the insert link menu item.
Rewards Mini Page
We've revamped how you access rewards from the sidebar! Instead of navigating directly to the catalog, clicking "Rewards" now opens a sleek mini page panel with personalized recommendations just for you. You'll see promoted items from your company along with a "For You" section based on your purchase history — making it faster to find and redeem rewards you'll actually love. Click any item to redeem directly, or hit "Shop All" to browse the full catalog.
Hello, Admin! ~ Company Value Hashtag Ordering
You can now change the order of company value hashtags in the Admin > Company > Program Settings form using a drag and drop interface. The order they are saved in is the order they will appear in the hashtag dropdown in the give modal. The values will also appear in this order when giving from Slack or Teams.
React to a comment/add-on
We now support reactions on comments/add-ons. Simply go to a comment, look for the thumbs icon

Leaderboard mini-page
Access the leaderboard at any time, whether you're on the home page, in a 1:1, or viewing someone's profile. This means you can explore recognition trends and close it without losing your place.

Spotlight
Employee Spotlights are AI-generated highlight reels that turn recognition into a short, meaningful story about someone’s contributions.Spotlights are designed for appreciation, storytelling, and moments that matter—not reporting or performance measurement.

Collaboration Map
The Collaboration Map is an admin report that visualizes how recognition flows across your organization between groups (such as Departments, Manager Teams, and (new) Communities) and, when you drill in, between individual employees.

Bonusly Dark Mode
Now you can select Dark Mode for your Bonusly! You can now switch between Light, Dark, and System color modes. System follows your device preference (browser support permitting), but use whatever works best for you.
Revamped Rewards Admin is now live!
Rewards catalog is now organized primarily around collections – we've made it easier for admins to view all items in a collection or hide the collection if they choose to
Featured and Company exclusives show in Collections now. Featured includes a hover text message explaining what shows up in the featured section and how you can manage it.
The rewards table now includes global search and filters: reward type, category, and country availability. Search and filters makes it easier for admins to see what rewards are available to their employees
We've streamlined rewards item management so admins can see all rewards across geographies or drill down to see what's available in a particular location.
New Columns for Points Activity Summary Report
4 new columns to the summary report. These are available to all customers:
Total points allowance - points allowance for the selected time period
Allowance given P2P - percentage of allowance given to peers during the selected time period
Allowance remaining - points not used from allowance during the selected time period
Unique givers - user view only, number of unique givers for recognition received
Reward Balance Date Picker Added
All columns have also been added to the csv export.
Allowance columns will be empty for start dates prior to Nov 1 because that is when we started tracking historic monthly allowance.
New Notifications Settings page
We will no longer show the notification settings on the old pages (Email/Slack/Teams)
The new entry point to the new notifications settings page is on Basic Settings
The new page houses all notifications at once!
There is a conditional Team Activity section that only appears for managers
There is a conditional Admin Activity section that only appears for admins

Recaps: Recaps organize recognition, feedback, and goals into reflections that show growth over time. Instead of relying on memory, people walk into review conversations with real examples at their fingertips. Employees can see and remember their wins, managers save hours pulling everything together, and reviews become faster, clearer, and rooted in everyday contributions. Available for customers on our Free, Team, and Organization plans.
