Account Settings Overview

The Account Settings page is the centralized location for updating company settings for your Bonusly account. Here you can update and change your display, rewards catalog, and security settings.

Navigate to this page by clicking on Company -> Account settings in your admin tools.


Display Settings

Changing your Company name in Bonusly

Update your company name in your Bonusly account. Company name is used in email communications, admin reports, as alternative text for your logo, and is attached to your subscription.

Adding your logo

Customize your company's Bonusly account with your logo to help integrate it into your culture and workplace.

To add your logo, click on the Upload image button to select a file. Click the Save settings button at the bottom of the Accounts setting page to apply changes.

Best practice tip: We recommend uploading a 350x160 transparent .PNG for best results.

To change or delete your logo click on the trashcan icon and repeat steps above.

Changing platform language

Select the default language for your Bonusly account using the drop down menu in the language settings. Company language settings will apply to all people in the company unless overridden at the individual level.


Languages currently supported in Bonusly:

  • Czech

  • English (default)

  • French

  • German

  • Spanish

  • Italian

  • Portuguese

Interface customization

In the Interface customization settings, you can choose whether or not users can upload images and attache gifs to recognition posts and update settings that allow users to personalize their Bonusly experience.

Best practice tip: We recommend keeping all recognition public to foster a culture of appreciation and build connections across your organization.

Admin-only features

The Admin-only features all you to limit the access to Bonusly analytics and leaderboard features to other users in your company.


Reward catalog settings

Rewards catalog updates

Save time and get the latest and greatest gift card updates automatically in your Bonusly reward catalog by checking the box under rewards catalog updates. Unchecking will require you to manage new rewards manually on the Rewards catalog page in your company settings.

Automatic reward approvals settings

Choose which reward denominations your users can redeem without requiring approval from a global or rewards admin.

Options include:

  • Never approve

  • $5.00 and under

  • $25.00 and under

  • $50.00 and under

  • $100.00 and under

  • $500.00 and under

  • Aprove all denominations

Best practice tip: Automatic approval for rewards saves valuable admin time and increases flexibility for your teams to redeem for rewards in real time.


Security settings

Allowed email domains

Increase security by setting approved email domains that you users can use to access their Bonusly account.

Login methods

Choose how your team members log into Bonusly for secure and simple access.

Login methods include:

  • Username and password (Not recommend as it is the least secure method)

    • MFA required for all users

    • Automatically join Bonusly with approved email domains

  • Google

  • Office 365

Single sign-on (SSO)

Protect your company's account integration with Single sign-on via Okta, OneLogin, or SAML.

Click on Set up SSO integration or check out the Integrations page in your admin tools to connect Bonusly.

Security logs

Review account changes and activity in your Bonusly Security logs.

  • Login history - lists each user who has logged into your Bonusly account including, date, time, location, method, and IP address

  • User audit log - lists each change to user data in your Bonusly account including, date, time, who made the change, who was modified, and what changes were made.

  • Company audit log- review all changes made to your Bonusly account including date, time, the admin who made the changes and what changes were made.

Saving your Settings

After any changes are made in Account settings, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save settings button to update your account and activate any changes made.
