We're sorry to hear that you want to leave Bonusly, but we understand that the timing might not be right for your team. If you're considering canceling your Bonusly account, here are a few things to know:
How do I cancel my Bonusly account?
You may request cancellation at any time. If you self-served Bonusly, you can simply click the 'Cancel' button on the Plans & Billing admin page. You can choose to cancel your account immediately, or schedule it to be cancelled at the end of your currently-paid-for term.
If you signed a contract or are on a non-standard or legacy plan, you'll have to contact Bonusly support, either through Chat or at [email protected], to initiate the cancellation process.
Note: If you cancel your account immediately, all of your users will immediately lose access to Bonusly; however, account administrators will retain access to receipts, reports, and analytics to support business needs.
What happens when my account is canceled?
All logins are immediately disabled and users will no longer be able to access their accounts or redeem rewards. You may wish to communicate this to your team in advance so that they are able to redeem any unused points and retrieve any unused rewards they've already redeemed.
It is important to note that administrators will maintain access to essential company reports and analytics post-cancellation for reference purposes.
If you have a negative rewards balance (as often happens on the Pay-as-you-go plan) it will be charged to the card on file before cancellation can proceed. You can see pending invoice charges for reward redemptions on the Billing Activity page.
Will there be a refund for payments?
Subscription fees with Bonusly are nonrefundable. If you have an existing balance for Prepay for Rewards, any unused funds will be refunded to your card on file. Refunds for unused rewards balances are processed automatically as part of the cancellation process. Please send a note to our Bonusly team if you have questions about our refund policy.
