To refund a custom reward or a Points Boost reward, first head over to your Reports>Redemption activity

To find the reward you'd like to refund, you can use the filters located at the top of the page:

Hint: It might still be in the 'Pending' tab.

Once you've located the reward you would like to refund, click the 'Refund' button to the far right:

We'll double-check with you to make sure you really do want to refund the reward. If you're sure that's what you want to do, then click the 'OK' button. Otherwise, click the 'Cancel' button to abort the mission.

That's it! 🎉 The points will be returned to your teammate's account, and your custom reward inventory will be adjusted to reflect the refund. The reward will now appear in the 'Refunded' tab of your Reports>Redemption activity page.
