As a global admin, you can remove problematic bonuses at any time. To delete a bonus, head to the Reports>Recognition activity page, and find the post you'd like to delete.

Once you've found the bonus you want to delete, click the 'delete bonus' button (little trash can icon):

Deleting a bonus is permanent, and irreversible, so Bonusly will verify this is really what you'd like to do. If it is, click OK. The bonus will be permanently deleted:

Important: The allowance of the user who gave the deleted bonus will be refunded if the bonus is deleted in the same month that it was given, and the points will be subtracted from the recipient's reward balance.
