Choose something special

You can get rewards by spending the points you've earned on items in your company's reward catalog.

To start, visit the Rewards section in the navigation.

In the catalog, find a reward you like:

  • Explore collections to check out recommended rewards

  • Search by brand or reward name

  • Shop items that you can afford

  • Filter by reward type

  • Browse by category

Find a reward you like by browsing collections, applying filters, or searching for a specific item


Redeem a reward

Gift cards

All Bonusly gift cards are digital prepaid value cards loaded with a specific amount of money for a specific brand. Note: all gift cards are electronic and will be emailed to you.

When you've selected a gift card, a modal will open the with product details, including different amounts you can redeem for.

Choose the amount you want the gift card to be worth. Confirm your selection and claim your gift card.

Bonusly fulfills gift card redemptions immediately—but this may take a few seconds.

You'll get a success message and a modal will open with your redemption information and relevant instructions.

Review redemption information and instructions

Follow instructions to claim your reward. Be prepared to copy information, like card number, to use your gift card.

You will also receive a confirmation email from Bonusly about your reward.

Gift cards cannot be refunded once you checkout. Please make sure to check the amount before claiming. If you decide you don't want the reward, exit the modal. No points will be used from your redeemable balance.

If you'd like to cash out your earned points, you could claim the PayPal reward. You can also consider getting a prepaid debit card instead.

Curated Gifts

Curated gifts are physical items that will ship directly to you from our fulfillment partner Snappy.

When you've selected a curated gift, a modal will open with the product details, cost to redeem, and selection options (if applicable).

To get the item, continue by placing order.

Add your shipping address on the next screen. Shipping and tax are included in the gift's price. You cannot be change the country where your item will be shipped on this screen. To manage, visit your profile settings.

Checkout to claim your gift and place the order. Just like that, your item is on its way!

Curated gifts are fulfilled through our partner, Snappy. Once you check out, you'll receive an order confirmation email from Snappy, which include shipping details and tracking information.

Donations

If you'd like to donate your points to a charity, there are many options in our catalog.

Donations work like gift cards. To claim, follow gift card redemption steps.

Some charities require you to take an additional step to complete your donation. To make sure the charity gets your donation, always be sure to "redeem" and follow any instructions that are presented to you.

If you do not see a redemption step, your donation has been made successfully.

Points boost

If your company has our peer-to-peer recognition program set up, each month you get an allowance of points to recognize to your peers.

You may run out of points to recognize your teammates. In this case, you can get a Points Boost reward to add points to your giveable balance so you can keep recognizing your co-workers.


Reviewing past redemptions

If you want to see the rewards you've redeemed or find an access code, go to your 'Redemption History' from the reward balance card.

For more information on any reward you see, click to get information.

You may see a reward code, PIN, barcode image, redemption link, downloadable certificate, or something else. Use the information shown to use your reward online or in-store.
