Where's my reward?

Having trouble finding your reward? Look no further!

When you redeem your Bonusly earnings for a curated gift, you'll enter your shipping information, and receive an email containing shipping and tracking information from our fulfillment partner, Snappy.

When you redeem your Bonusly earnings for a gift card, company exclusive, or donation you'll get an email notification with a link to redeem your reward.


If you can't find the email, don't worry! You can always able to look at your past redemptions by going to Rewards > Visit rewards history You may have to click 'View all rewards here' to see your full redemption history.


If you're not able to find your reward on the My Rewards page (you may see a "Pending" notification on the page if that's the case), there are a few possible culprits:

Did you redeem for a gift card or a company exclusive?

Bonusly-fulfilled rewards: Bonusly-fulfilled rewards typically fulfill automatically. If your reward isn't coming through right away, you may see a "Pending" or "Admin action required" notification. Your Bonusly admin will need to review your request before you can receive your reward.

If you are an admin, or your admin has confirmed that they approved the request, then your company may be undergoing a Know Your Customer review. This can happen after your first successful payment activity (for example, when you start a paid subscription or when rewards billing is enabled and the first invoice/payment is created) and takes 2-5 business days. When the review completes successfully, pending rewards are fulfilled for active accounts. If someone is deactivated while a reward is pending, that reward may be skipped until the person is reactivated (even temporarily) or your admin works with Bonusly Support to resolve it. Bonusly Support can provide status updates and may reach out for additional verification information.

Company exclusives: company exclusives need to be fulfilled manually by your companies admins. Your reward will show as "Pending" in your My Rewards screen until your Bonusly admin has confirmed that they've given you the reward. Please contact your Bonusly admin about fulfilling company exclusives. To check the status of your company-exclusive reward, consider the following steps:

  1. Identify your Bonusly Admin or HR Contacts: Reach out directly to your Bonusly Admins or HR team. If you are unsure who these individuals are, ask your manager or inquire within your organization.

  2. Request an Update: Provide all relevant details about your redemption, such as the item redeemed and the date of redemption. This will help the responsible team locate and process your request efficiently.

FAQ

Do I have to activate my gift card?
Gift cards from some of the brands in our Reward Catalog have to be activated. For example, Walmart gift cards have an "activation code" that's separate from their codes and pins. This will need to be scanned before the gift card can be redeemed, and it can take up to 48 hours to activate the card.

​Do gift cards, codes, prepaid cards have any restrictions or expire?

It depends! If there are any restrictions or expiration, they will be listed when you click to expand a reward option before you redeem. Notes about any restrictions or expiration will be listed right under the redeem button of a clicked-on reward, if there are any restrictions.

Is my gift card mailed to me?
Nope! All of our gift cards are electronic.

Can I print my gift card?
Yes! Simply right click and follow your computer's settings for printing the page.Β
