When you redeem for an award, you will get an email notification with a link to redeem your reward.
If you cannot find the email, don't worry! You can always able to look at your past redemptions by going to Rewards > My Rewards. You may have to click 'view all rewards' to see your full redemption history.
If you are not able to claim your gift card from the My Rewards page, such as a "pending" button, it could be for a for a few different reasons:
Is your reward for a gift card or a custom reward?
Electronic gift cards: Gift cards typically fulfill automatically. If it is not coming through right away, you may see a "pending" or "admin action required" notification. This means that an admin will need to review the account before redemptions can be made.
Custom rewards: Custom rewards need to be fulfilled manually by your companies admins. Your reward will show as "pending" in your My Rewards screen until an admin as confirmed they have handed/given you the reward. Please contact your admin about fulfilling custom rewards.
If your gift card is giving you errors when redeeming:

Do I have to activate my gift card?
For some gift card providers, this can be needed. For example: Wal-Mart gift cards have a separate "activation code" that is separate from the gift card code and pin. This will need to be scanned before the gift card can be redeemed, and can take up to 48 hours to activate the card.
Is my gift card mailed to me?
Nope! All of our gift cards are electronic.
Can I print my gift card?
Yes! Simply right click and follow your computer's settings for printing the page.
