The Profile Page is an excellent way to see the average activity and interactions of each user, as well as helpful information about their place in the team, and which awards they have received.

The Profile Page has three main sections: the Header, the Overview, and the Activity feed

The Header

The header provides basic information about the user you are viewing.

  • On the left side, you can see the user's Avatar, name, and @username, which is used to give recognition

  • In the middle, you can see the user's Location, Role, and Department

  • On the right side is a "Recognize [user's display name]" prompt

When you click on the "Recognize" button, it will take you back to the home page, and put the user's username in the Give Box, so you can continue to type out their new recognition:

The Overview

The Overview shows the user's interactions within the company. The Overview can be viewed for specific ranges: 30, 60, 90, and 120 days. The range can be chosen from the drop down on the left side of the screen:

Once you have chosen a timeframe, you can view the following information: Recognition Received, Recognition Given, Achievements, and Interactions. Each field links to the information in question, and shows company averages.

Recognition Received

Recognition received shows the amount of recognition given to the user within the given time frame, and compares their recognition received to the company average.

If selected, you will be redirected to the user's Activity Feed for "Received" recognition:

Recognition Given

Recognition given shows the amount of recognition the user has given within the given time frame, and compares their givings against the company average.

If selected, you will be redirected to the user's Activity Feed for "Given" recognition:

Achievements

Achievements shows the amount of achievements earned by the user within the given timeframe, and compares their earned achievements against the company average.

If selected, you will be redirected to the user's Activity Feed for "Achievements":

Interactions

Interactions shows the user's interaction data as an interact-able graph and chart, broken down by the user's actions:

Scrolling over the chart data will result in highlights in the Interaction Graph:

The Activity Feed

The Activity Feed can be accessed by selecting "Activity" in the top bar:

The Activity Feed is separated into three sections: Received, Given, and Achievements.

Received

Once selected, the "Received" tab shows a feed of all of the bonuses the user has received, in chronological order. The "Top Hashtags Received" can also be viewed on this page:

If a hashtag is selected from the "Top Hashtag Received" list, you will be redirected to a page with all of the bonuses received with this hashtag for the entire company, not just the user in question:

Given

Once selected, the "Given" tab shows a feed of all bonuses the user has given, in chronological order:

Achievements

The Achievements tab shows all bonuses the user has received, in chronological order:

The Achievements tab will also show how long each of the achievements were held by the user:

By clicking on an Achievement, you can view the current recipient, as well as the past recipients:

That's it! 🎉 We hope you enjoy this feature and benefit from the data it provides. This feature is currently in beta, if you have any feedback we would love to hear it! You can submit feedback at the bottom of the profile page, as seen here:

FAQ

Why is some information missing from the header? The information provided is determined by what has been given by the company. If you would like to see if you can add your own information, you can find out by going to your Settings
