Profile pages include helpful data about a user's activity on Bonusly. The information available includes bonuses given, bonuses received, achievements earned, interaction data, and more!

This article will show you how to access your own profile page, and any active user's page in your company.

Accessing your own profile page

You can access your profile page three ways: Using the search bar, selecting "Profile" from your Avatar Bar, or following this link.

The search bar can be used to search for users, bonuses, and keywords. Simply click in the search field and start typing out what you're searching for:

A drop-down will appear as a pop-up widget, and it will actively filter for the information you're looking for as you type:

Using the Avatar Bar

The Avatar Bar is always at the top right of your Bonusly screen:

To view your profile, click on your Avatar in the top right corner and click "View profile."

You will be taken directly to your Profile page:

Using the direct URL

If you are signed into Bonusly and click (or type in) the following URL, you will be taken to your personal profile page: https://bonus.ly/company/users/me

Accessing another User's Profile page

You can access your profile page two ways: Using the search bar, or selecting their username within the program.

Using the same action as searching for yourself, the search bar can be used to search for users, bonuses, and keywords. Simply click in the search field and start typing out what you're searching for.

Live links, which are clickable sections of data that will direct you to another page, are readily available in Bonusly. You can identify Bonusly live links by the following actions:

  • A user ID card will appear

  • The information will become underlined.

If Raul's avatar is hovered over, a user ID card will appear with a brief summary of their user data:

If Pepper's Avatar is clicked on, the page will be redirected to their profile:

The other live link identifier is the sudden underlining of the word in question. If Raul's name is hovered over in the leaderboard, it becomes underlined:

If Raul's name is clicked on again, the page will be redirected to their profile:
