How to log in with MFA

Step 1: Head to bonusly.com and click on Sign In

Step 2: First, add your email and click Continue to add your password. If you've signed in before, confirm you're signing in with your correct email address. Then, enter the password for your Bonusly account and click Next.

If your company has Single Sign-On (SSO) turned on, you can choose from the other sign-in options to connect with those credentials.πŸ‘‡

Step 3: Open your saved authenticator app to get your 6-digit code.

Step 3: Add the 6-digit code to the Bonusly login page and click Continue.

Step 4: πŸŽ‰That's it! You've successfully logged into your Bonusly account using MFA! Great job!


How to update MFA if you are using a new device

If you are changing devices or MFA app providers, you'll need to reset your MFA settings in Bonusly.

Step 1: Open your Bonusly account and go to your Account Settings.

Step 2: On the Settings page, click on Security, followed by the Update button.

Step 3: A pop-up window will appear with a new QR code. Scan the QR code into your authenticator app.

Step 4: Enter the code generated by your authenticator app and click verify! That's it! You are now set up with a new device! πŸ™Œ


How to disable MFA

Step 1: Open your Bonusly account and go to your Account Settings.

Step 2: On the Settings page, click on Security, followed by the Disable button.

Step 3: Open your authenticator app to generate a 6-digit code and enter it into the disable window. Click submit to finalize. All set! MFA has been disabled for your account.

❗️Reminder: All Bonusly admins are required to have MFA enabled if not using Single Sign-on (SSO).
