Bonusly offers three subscription plans designed to meet the needs of teams of all sizes. Each plan includes our core features that help teams work better together, with higher tiers adding advanced capabilities for growing teams and large organizations. Bizy, Bonusly's AI sidekick, is included with Team and Organization by default.
💡 Subscription vs. Rewards Billing
Your subscription plan (Free, Team, or Organization) determines your access to Bonusly features. Rewards billing is separate and determines whether your team can redeem points for paid rewards like gift cards.
New accounts start with rewards billing disabled. This means you can use all Bonusly features for recognition and engagement, while your team redeems for no-cost rewards like custom rewards and Points Boost.
To enable paid rewards (gift cards, merchandise, cash-out), go to Company → Plans & Billing and click Enable Rewards Billing.

Best for: Growing teams that need advanced features and integrations
Bizy AI included by default: On pricing and in Explore plans, Team is shown as Team + Bizy AI. Bizy is part of the subscription you choose. Your invoice may still show Bizy as its own line item so the cost is clear. You can remove Bizy from the plan in Plans & billing (Subscription card > Add on > Remove Bizy add on). Who can use Bizy is controlled separately in Company > Bizy Settings (see Managing Bizy Access in Bonusly).

Legacy Plans
Note: If you're currently on an Appreciate or Connect plan, these plans are still fully supported but are no longer available for new customers. You can switch to our current plans (Free, Team, or Organization) at any time from your billing page.
Existing customers on legacy plans will continue to receive full support and all features included in their plan.
How to Change Your Plan
Upgrading or Downgrading: (Global admins only)
Navigate to your billing page (Admin → Plans & billing)
Click "Explore Plans" to see available options
Select your desired plan and billing cadence (monthly or annual). Team is shown as Team + Bizy AI by default.
Confirm the change
To remove Bizy from an existing Team or Organization subscription without changing the rest of your plan, use the Subscription card's Add on section in Plans & billing (Remove Bizy add on). See Managing Bizy Access in Bonusly.

Billing Cadence Options
Both Team and Organization plans offer flexible billing:
Annual billing: Pay once per year, often with cost savings
Monthly billing: Pay month-to-month for flexibility
