Payment history and invoices in Billing history

Review your company's invoices and rewards balance on Company > Billing history. This page tracks subscription charges, rewards billing, prorations, implementation fees, and add-ons such as Bizy.

Billing history page

Open Company > Billing history from your admin menu.

The page shows your company's invoicing activity: open and paid invoices, plus (when rewards billing is enabled) a Reward balance ledger.

Recent invoices

The Recent Invoices table lists invoices for:

  • Subscription charges (Team, Organization, or legacy plans)

  • Proration and true-up charges when seats or users change

  • Implementation or onboarding fees (if applicable)

  • Rewards billing (Pay-as-you-go, Flex, or Fixed)

  • Bizy add-on charges, when enabled

Each row includes:

  • Issue date β€” when the invoice was created

  • Description β€” invoice type (subscription, proration, rewards, etc.)

  • Amount β€” total charge

  • Status β€” current payment state:

    • Payment due β€” a payment was attempted but failed

    • Not paid β€” payment has not been received yet

    • Posted β€” invoice created but not yet due; rewards catalogs may turn off based on rewards balance rules regardless of due date

    • Paid β€” payment succeeded

    • Voided β€” invoice was voided; no action needed

  • Download invoice β€” PDF icon to view the full invoice

  • Make payment β€” appears when status is Not paid, Payment due, or Posted

Invoice line items (including Bizy)

Download any invoice PDF to see itemized charges. Subscription invoices typically include:

  • Base plan charges (Team or Organization, monthly or annual)

  • Proration lines when seats or users change mid-term

  • Bizy lines when Bizy access is enabled with a seat breakdown (such as the number of admins and employees with access)

Rewards invoices show rewards plan fees and redemption totals. Postpay companies also receive an addendum listing individual redemptions.

Viewing and downloading invoices

Click the download icon on any invoice row to open the PDF. Invoices show itemized descriptions, invoice date, amount, and payments made.

Postpay companies will see a second page in the invoice addendum that ties the Chargebee invoice to corresponding redeemed rewards:

  • Invoiced at β€” date the redeemed reward was invoiced

  • Description β€” what reward was redeemed and by who

  • Amount β€” cost of the reward redeemed

  • Balance β€” remaining balance in the company's account (if applicable)

Reward balance

The Reward balance table consists of only successful payments and rewards redemptions. Pending, voided, and failed transactions are excluded.

Note: Convenience fees are also not shown in the Reward balance for Postpay companies since they do not impact the overall rewards balance.

The table breaks the reward balance down by:

  • Date β€” dates match the corresponding rewards redemptions

  • Description β€” reward-related transaction (reward, invoice)

  • Amount β€” cost associated with the reward or invoice

  • Balance β€” remaining balance

You can export and download CSV files.

When credit card top-up is enabled, employee credit card portions of redemptions are tracked separately from company-funded points on rewards reports.
