Too much employee appreciation is a good problem, but keeping track of every piece of recognition flowing through your organization can be overwhelming. Not to worry, you can use preset and custom feeds to help you and your team stay up to date on recognition that matters most to you!
Navigation Bar
On your homepage, you can toggle between specific preset feed filters using the left hand navigation bar:
Here's what you can expect to see in each feed:
Company - all recognition within your company!
Team
If you're an individual contributor, you'll see all recognition from individuals you share a manager with
If you are a manager, this feed will show recognition from members of the team you manage
[Your Manager's Name]'s Team (for managers only)- if you're a manager, you will also see this feed showing all recognition from users that have the same manager as you
For You - all recognition you've received or given*
Sub Filters
Within preset feeds, you can also select additional filters to get down to the recognition you're looking for.
You can sub-filter as follows:
Company:
Toggle between โRelevantโ recognition, or โEverything" (learn more about relevance here!)For You:
Toggle between recognition you've Received and recognition you've Given*
*Appreciate plan members will only see recognition received
Adding a Custom Feed
Not quite finding recognition relevant to you? Set up a custom feed based on teams, location, or department with the Add feed feature! ๐
Users can add feeds based on the following:

Departments
Locations
โ๏ธImportant Note: Feed information is based on user data added into Bonusly. If you do not import data for teams, departments, and locations, or your company uses custom fields, the custom feeds may not match the listed attributes above.
๐กProtip: You can add multiple feeds for the same attribute!
Removing a Custom Feed
One of the best parts about setting Custom Feeds is that once you add them to your own feed, they stay put until you decide to remove them!
To remove a custom feed, simply click on the "x" to close and remove it from your home page.

Yes, you can add multiple feeds for the same attribute (example: Amy's Team, Brian's Team, Clint's Team, etc.)
Can you add a feed across multiple attributes (example: Sales team in Boulder)?
Currently, you cannot add a feed across multiple attributes
