You can restore an archived user anytime.
To restore a user, head over to the 'User Admin' page, and click the 'Include: Archived’ checkbox:
To find the exact user:
- Click ‘Filter users’.
- Enter in part or all of the user's email address or name.
- Click the 'Filter' button.
When you've found the user's account, click the ambulance icon in their row to restore their account:
And that's it! Their account will be exactly as it was on the day it was archived, including the record of their bonuses and their earnings account balance. 🎉
