You can restore an archived user anytime.

To restore a user, head over to the 'User Admin' page, and click the 'include archived’ checkbox:

To find the exact user:

  • Click ‘Filter users’ in the middle of the page.
  • Enter in part or all of the user's email address or name.
  • Click the green 'Filter' button.

Click the ambulance icon to restore the user's account:

And that's it! Their account will be exactly as it was on the day it was archived.
