Bonusly Rewards includes new ways to redeem points, so recognition can turn into something more personal, useful, and easy to share.

Gift cards and curated gifts can both be redeemed, providing a more comprehensive range of rewards for Bonusly users.

Gift Card and Curated Gift Redemption Policies

Users can redeem Bonusly points for gift cards and curated gifts directly through the platform. Partial payment with other methods is not supported.

When you've selected a curated gift, a modal will open with the product details, cost to redeem, and selection options (if applicable).

To get the item, continue by placing order.

Troubleshooting Reward Redemptions

If you encounter delays or issues with item delivery, check your Bonusly account for updates on your points or order status. For unresolved issues, contact Bonusly support for assistance.

Add your shipping address on the next screen. Shipping and tax are included in the gift's price. You cannot change the country where your item will be shipped on this screen. To manage, visit your profile settings.

Note: Items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. Please use a street address.

Checkout to claim your gift and place the order. Just like that, your item is on its way!

Curated gifts are fulfilled through our partner, Snappy. Once you check out, you'll receive an order confirmation email from Snappy, which include shipping details and tracking information.

If a curated gift item is unavailable after redemption, your order may be canceled, and the points will be refunded to your Bonusly account.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can users send a curated gift to users outside of Bonusly or only to a teammate?

A: Yes. This will be possible.

Do curated gifts expire if they’re not claimed within a certain amount of time?

A: Curated gifts expire by default 60 after they’re given. If a recipient doesn’t select a gift to redeem, they will receive a ‘Guaranteed Gift’ gift card for the full gift value from Snappy.

What happens if a gift recipient doesn’t like the gift that was selected for them?

A: When recipients receive their gift email from Snappy, they follow a CTA to claim their gift in Snappy. Recipients will see the option to select an alternate gift from the items available in the gifted collection that fall within 5% of the price (not exceeding) of the selected gift.

Will points be refunded to the giver if the recipient chooses to exchange their gift for something slightly lower cost?

Can users combine points with personal payments to redeem curated gifts or gift cards? A: No, Bonusly does not allow combining points with personal payments for gift card or curated gift redemption.

A: No, points will not be refunded.
