Enable for Microsoft Teams Desktop and Web
To enable your microphone and camera for Microsoft Teams Desktop and Web:
Click the ellipsis icon in the top righthand corner of Teams. Then, click Settings.
Click App Permissions in the lefthand sidebar.
Find and expand the Bonus.ly section of the App Permissions list. Ensure the Media (Camera, microphone, and speakers) button is toggled on.
Note: Microsoft Teams should prompt you to enable your Microphone and Camera settings the first time you need to use your camera or microphone. If it does not, use the steps above to enable them manually.
Enable for Google Chrome
To enable your camera and microphone in Google Chrome:
Go to your Bonusly homepage.
Click the settings button in the address bar.
Ensure the Camera and Microphone settings are toggled on.
Enable for Microsoft Teams Mobile App (iOS)
To enable your camera and microphone in iOS:
Open your Settings app and tap Privacy & Security.
Tap the Camera and Microphone options. Ensure the permissions for the Bonusly app are toggled on.
