Audience: For Admins
This feature is available for Bizy-enabled companies
You asked Bizy a good question about your recognition program, and the chart it drew is exactly what you want to keep an eye on. Saved reports let you keep that answer, run it again for a new date range, and export it, without asking Bizy the same question every month.
Saved reports are available to admins on plans that include Bizy.
Who can use saved reports
You'll see the Save this report button and the Saved from Bizy page when all of these are true:
You're a Global admin or a Reports admin
Bizy is included on your plan and turned on for you
Saved reports are personal. Each admin sees only the reports they saved themselves, so a report you save doesn't show up for other admins. If a teammate wants the same view, they can ask Bizy the same question and save their own copy.
Save a report from a Bizy answer
Ask Bizy a data question in plain language, the same way you would in any chat. For example:
"Show me recognition by department this quarter"
"Which teams had the highest participation last month?"
"How many points were given each week this year?"
When Bizy answers with a chart, table, or heatmap, you'll see Save this report under the visual. Click it, give the report a name (Bizy suggests one based on the chart title), and choose Save report. Bonusly opens the new report right away.
A few things to know:
Save this report only appears on answers Bizy built from your Bonusly data. Answers that are conversational, or that Bizy answered from memory, can't be saved.
You can save each answer once. If you already saved it, Bizy tells you the name it's saved under.
Bonusly runs the report once as you save it, so the report is confirmed to reproduce the answer you saw.
Find your saved reports
Open Reports > Saved Reports from your admin menu, or go to Saved from Bizy directly. The Saved Reports entry appears in your Reports menu once you've saved your first report.
Each card shows the report's name and a preview of its most recent result. Click a card to open it.
Run a report again for a different date range
Open a report and pick a new Date range, then apply it. Bizy reruns the same question against the new period and shows you the result.
Numbers first, chart second. For a new date range, the numbers come back right away as a table. Bizy redraws the chart in the background and swaps it in when it's ready, usually within a few seconds.
Reports that don't have a date range (for example, "How many active users do we have?") show a Run report button instead of a date picker.
Some questions answer in whole months. If you pick a range that starts or ends mid-month, Bizy trims it to the months it can cover and tells you.
Very large ranges may return too many rows to redraw as a chart. You'll still get the numbers as a table, and a shorter range will bring the chart back.
If a run fails or returns no data, the previous result stays on screen and Bizy tells you what happened. Try a different range or ask Bizy a fresh question.
Past runs
Every run is kept under Past runs, with the date range used, when it ran, and whether it succeeded. Click any successful run to view that result again without rerunning it. The list shows your 50 most recent runs.
Export, rename, or delete a report
Export: Use the Export menu to Download CSV for the numbers or Download image for the chart as a PNG.
Edit: Click Edit to change the report's name or add a short description of what it shows.
Delete: Choose Delete report to remove it from your saved reports. You can always save the same answer again from the Bizy conversation it came from.
How Bizy gets the data
Each report includes a How I got this note that explains the data sources Bizy used. Saved reports run against the same permissions you already have as an admin, so they never show data you couldn't otherwise see.
Reports created from Bizy are AI-generated. The numbers come straight from your Bonusly data, but the chart labels and summary are written by Bizy, so it's worth a quick review before you share a screenshot with your leadership team.
FAQs
Can I share a saved report with another admin? Not yet. Saved reports are personal to the admin who saved them. Export a CSV or image to share the result, or have your teammate ask Bizy the same question and save their own report.
Can I schedule a saved report to email me every month? Not yet. To rerun a report, open it and choose a new date range.
Why don't I see Save this report under a Bizy answer? The button appears only on answers Bizy built by querying your Bonusly data, and only for Global admins and Reports admins who have Bizy turned on. Try asking a question about participation, recognition, or points, and make sure you're not looking at an answer you already saved.
Where did the Saved Reports menu item go? It appears in your Reports menu once you've saved at least one report. Until then, ask Bizy a data question and save the answer.
Does deleting a saved report delete anything else? No. Deleting a report only removes it from your saved reports. The Bizy conversation it came from and your Bonusly data aren't affected.
