Yes, if two things are true:
Your Company is on the Organization plan (some of our legacy plans also support this)
Recognition visibility settings are enabled by your administrator
You'll see a visibility setting button in the top right corner of the recognition box. By default, posts will always be set to public; however, users will now be to select this button to choose to display this post only to their team or privately.
As noted in the description of each visibility setting, Admins and managers will always maintain visibility into recognition posts, regardless of the visibility setting.
The visibility setting is also enabled for Awards (if your plan supports that feature) in addition to recognition posts.
