Monthly Allowance is the amount that users have to give recognition each month. By default, all users start with the same amount. This amount does not roll over from month to month and it will automatically reset at the first of each month.
Tips for setting the monthly allowance:
Making sure users have enough points to give out timely recognition to teammates
Your team is able to redeem for a reward on a regular basis
