1. Customize your account
Head to your company settings page to set the allowance your employees have to give away to their colleagues. After that, you can take the customization even further with bots, funds, custom rewards, and more.
2. Add a payment method
Bonusly comes pre-stocked with a catalog of gift cards and donations. All you need to do is add a payment method, and your team will be able to redeem these rewards.
3. Announce Bonusly to your team and launch!
You're ready to launch! All you need to do is upload your users! Usually it makes sense to use an HRIS integration or the bulk upload tool. Each team member will get an email invitation to join Bonusly. If you want to announce Bonusly in advance, here are a few ideas to get you started.
