Bonusly's Welcome is a Celebration that will automatically give recognition to your teammates when they are added to Bonusly. The recognition post will appear in the public Recognition Feed, which allows the rest of your team to meet their new teammate and add on to the bonus if they would like. 

Since the Welcome! Celebration is part of Bonusly's Celebrations feature, points come directly from the company, so there's no need to worry about managing allowances or Allowance Boosts.  

The automated Welcome! Celebration comes automatically installed and is pre-programmed with a sensible message and bonus amount. To make adjustments to the Welcome! Celebration, head over to the Recognition > Award, Celebrations & Incentives page. Click on Celebrations to see the available awards.

To edit the messaging or amount of your Welcome, click the edit button on the right-hand side of the page.

A pop-up will appear that allows you to edit the bonus text and amount.

To edit the amount, update the "+bonus_amount" to the point amount you would like to use and then click the 'Save' button:

You’ll see that the Welcome! Celebration is on by default. To deactivate the Welcome! Celebration, toggle the button next to the award name to gray.
