Claiming Incentives

Learn how to claim Incentives you're eligible for!

You've completed the project, reached the goal, and checked off the task! Now it's time to share your success and claim Incentives! πŸŽ‰Β 

After you have logged into Bonusly, go to More, then click Incentives, found on the side navigation of your screen:

On this page, you'll see all Incentives your company has set up!

If your company has set up Incentives tailored to specific criteria, such as your location or job role, you'll find a dedicated "For You" section on the page. While the "Everyone" section features incentives available to all employees, the For You section highlights rewards and opportunities that are customized to your unique role and work situation.


Claiming an Incentive

To claim an Incentive, select the icon you're eligible to claim!

A "Claim Incentive" modal will appear. In the description box, provide the required reason and any applicable photos or files you'd like to upload:

If the Incentive requires proof, you can add a message explaining why you are eligible to claim the Incentive, or attache an applicable image or document.

Then, select "Collect X Points" to claim:

If your request goes through properly, you will see the following confirmation:Β 

If your request requires approval, you'll get notified of this too:

That's it! πŸŽ‰ An admin will review and either approve or deny your claim to the incentive.Β 

If the Incentive is approved, you will receive recognition on the team and for you feeds in your account.

If the Incentive is denied, you will receive an email notification:Β 

If your incentive is denied, please contact the admin(s) listed in the email notification about their decision to deny the incentive.Β 

Viewing your Incentives

See all of your earned recognition from incentives in all of the feeds, as well as both Slack and MS Teams integrations. You can filter the feed to exclusively show Incentives by selecting the More filters button to the right of the Filter dropdown. From there select Incentives from the type options and click Apply. The feed you are currently on will update to show only Incentives.


FAQ

Where is my Incentive? If you have yet to receive your Incentive, please contact your company admins for further details. They can best assist as to the company guidelines and frequency of pending claim reviews.

​Why was my bonus denied? If your bonus was denied, please contact the admins listed in the notification email you received. They will be able to assist you further.Β 

Why does the Incentive say "out of stock"? If the Incentive you are trying to redeem is at the monthly limit, you will see an "out of stock" notification. The Incentive will refresh to the monthly amount again at the beginning of the next calendar month.

I have a question about eligibility for an Incentive, who can help? Each individual Incentive is set up by your company admins. Please contact them for further details regarding eligibility, proof and/or documentation needed, frequency of claim availability, etc.Β
