Administrators can choose to promote certain rewards in the rewards catalog.
Managing Promoted Rewards
To manage your promoted rewards:
Go to your Bonusly admin settings
Click Company on the left-hand sidebar and then click Rewards catalog. You will be directed to the Rewards Catalog page.
Click the Settings button in the top right-hand corner of the page.
Note: Managing promoted rewards from catalog settings is available on the Organization plan. If you don't see the Settings button, or you see a message that catalog settings are locked with a "View plans" button, your account may be on a different plan.
Review current promoted rewards settings. Click Manage promoted rewards link to change.
Select one of the following options.
Auto-promote Bonusly picks: When this option is selected, your company's promoted rewards will follow the Bonusly auto-promoted rewards schedule. Each month, Bonusly promotes two charities tied to heritage and awareness months. For more information, reference the Recommended Rewards Calendar article. This is the default option.
Manually choose rewards: Search the rewards catalog to find items your company wants to promote. You can choose any type of reward to feature, except Points Boost. Only 2 rewards can be promoted at a time. Selected rewards will remain promoted until a company admin updates them. Please note, they do not change automatically each month like Bonusly picks do.
Don't promote rewards: Select this option to turn off promoted rewards.
View Promoted Rewards
Users will see promoted rewards in the Featured collection on the Rewards page.
Promoted rewards will show the "Promoted" tag wherever they appear in the catalog until they are no longer a featured item.
Country Visibility
Promoted rewards will only display for a user if the reward is available in the user’s country.
Example: If National Park Foundation is promoted, it will only show for users in the United States because this charity is only available in the United States rewards catalog.
Please note, several of the Bonusly picks for promoted rewards are only available in the United States. If your company is not located in the United States, you could manually choose rewards to promote that are available in your company's locations.
