Rewards can be available in only one country, multiple countries or all countries.
To see which countries a reward is available in:
Go to the Super Admin catalog page (Super Admin > Catalog > Manage).
Then, select a provider from the Provider dropdown. A table of rewards from the chosen provider will display.
Locate the Country column to see which countries each reward is available in.
To view available rewards by country:
Go to the Rewards Catalog page (Admin > Company > Rewards Catalog).
Select a country from the Country dropdown. A table of rewards for the chosen country will display.
To turn a reward on or off for a specific country:
Go to the Rewards Catalog page (Admin > Company > Rewards Catalog).
Select the country from the Country dropdown.
Use the Remove All, Add All, or Individual Amount buttons under the Available Amounts column to turn specific awards on or off for the selected country. When you change the availability of a reward, you will be given the option to turn the reward off for all countries or just the country you selected.
When a reward or an individual amount for a reward is turned off for a specific country, it will not show on the Rewards page for users in that country. The example below shows a $500 reward that has been disabled in the Philippines, but is still available for users in Argentina.
If a reward denomination is turned off at the Super Admin level, the catalog item will display as Under maintenance in the company catalog and the reward will show as unavailable on the Rewards page.
