Bonusly doesn't allow for giving negative points, or taking away points as a punitive measure. This is an intentional design choice informed by established psychological research into motivation and employee happiness.
Taking away Bonusly earnings is a punitive action, and doesn't serve long term goals of developing, supporting, educating, engaging, and empowering employees.
