Bizy is Bonusly's AI assistant. It helps your team write stronger recognition, stay connected to what’s happening on your team, and get insights into the health of your company culture.
As an admin, you control whether your company uses Bizy and what you're charged for it.
Getting to Bizy Settings
Open Company > Account settings from your admin menu.
Select Bizy Settings.
Use the Member access tab to manage who has Bizy
Managing Bizy access
Team plans use group-level controls: Bizy for Admins and Bizy for Employees. Turn on the group that should have Bizy access, and turn off any group that shouldn't.
The summary under the toggle shows how many members currently have Bizy (for example, "Bizy is on for 79 members").
Grant or remove access for one person
Each row shows a person's name, email, department, role, and a Bizy access toggle.
Toggle on: that person gets Bizy and counts toward Bizy seats used.
Toggle off: that person loses Bizy access; their seat is freed.
Use individual toggles when you want specific people to have Bizy but not every seat in a group.
Find people quickly
Search: filter by name, email, or function.
Dept and Role: narrow the list by department or role.
All / Bizy on / Bizy off: see everyone, only people with Bizy on, or only people with Bizy off.
Bizy seats used (top right) is your live count of how many people have access right now.
What happens if you do nothing before July 2026
Review your current Bizy pricing and billing status on **Plans & billing**. Every member with Bizy access counts toward your Bizy charges on an eligible paid plan.
Team plan: what to do before July
If you plan to retain Bizy for your organization, no action is needed
Open Admin Settings > Bizy Settings.
If you want Bizy for only part of the company, turn on only the group you need (admins only, or employees only)
Confirm both toggles reflect what you intend before Bizy billing starts for your account.
Connectors tab
Bizy can connect to tools your team already uses (such as meeting notes or project trackers) so it can pull in useful context. On the Connectors tab, you choose which connector types are available to your organization.
Turning a connector on for the company doesn't connect anyone automatically. Each person still connects their own account when they're ready. Admins set what's allowed; members choose what to link.
Connectors do not add a separate fee. Bizy cost is based on how many members have Bizy access.

FAQs
Can I turn Bizy off completely so we aren't charged? Yes. Turn off **Turn Bizy on for everyone** and make sure no one has **Bizy access** turned on individually. When **Bizy seats used** is 0, your company does not have Bizy access and you will not be charged for Bizy.
How do I give Bizy to only some people? Click "Turn Bizy off for everyone", then turn on the per-person **Bizy access** toggle for the people you want. Only the members with access turned on count toward your bill.
What happens if we do nothing before July 2026? If Bizy stays enabled for one or both groups and you take no action, you will be charged for Bizy starting in July for every admin and/or employee in the groups that remain on. To pay nothing for Bizy, turn both toggles off before billing starts.
What's the difference between turning Bizy off in Bizy Settings and a user closing the Bizy panel? They're different. In Bizy Settings, you (the admin) decide whether someone is allowed to use Bizy at all. That affects billing on eligible plans. When a user closes Bizy's chat panel, they're only hiding the UI. They still have access if you've left their group or seat on
Do connectors cost extra? No. Connectors are about which tools people can link to Bizy. Cost is based on Bizy access (group toggles on Team plan, seats on Organization plan).
Where do I see what I'll be billed? Go to Admin Settings > Billing for your plan, line items, and invoices.
Can non-admins see Bizy Settings? No. Only admins can open Admin Settings > Bizy Settings and change access or connectors.
What is the cost for Bizy? Bonusly Teams plan, an additional $2 per user per month on top of your current rate.
