Check the schedule and select the session that works best for your time zone.
Sessions are hosted via Google Meet -join via your browser or desktop app.
What Can You Expect?
Drop-in format: Join anytime during the session, and once your question is answered, stay for as long as you'd like.
First Come First Serve: We'll manage a queue, and you may also learn from questions other bring.
How Can You Prepare?
Ensure Google Meet works on your device head of time.
Have access to your Bonusly account to review specific questions or scenarios together.
Write down any questions ahead of time, whether you’re new to Bonusly or a long-time user.
Add the session to your calendar so you dont'' forget which day and time you plan to join!

Can I come to more than one session?
Of course! Simply subscribe or bookmark this page and join any session at your convenience. You can also add it to your calendar; the link remains the same each week.
Do I need to register in advance?
No registration is required! Just use the same link each week to join at a time that works for you.
What topics are covered in Office Hours?
We cover a range of topics, from general platform navigation to more advanced features, depending on questions. If you have a specific topic in mind, feel free to bring it up!
Can anyone join office hours?
Only Bonusly admins should join office hours. If you are a user and have questions or issues, please reach out to your Bonusly admin or [email protected] for assistance.
What if the available times don’t work for me, or I can’t access them?
Please reach out to your customer success manager; they’ll be happy to help arrange a 1:1 session.
