Bizy is Bonusly's AI sidekick. It helps your team write stronger recognition, stay connected to what's happening, and get answers without leaving the product. Bizy is generally available on Team and Organization plans.
As an admin, keep two ideas separate:
Plan inclusion (billing): whether Bizy is included with your subscription plan
Access: which people can use Bizy
That split matters. Turning someone's access off does not lower what you pay. Billing is about whether Bizy is on your subscription. Access is about who can open Bizy.
How Bizy fits your subscription
On Bonusly pricing and in Plans & billing, Team and Organization are shown with Bizy included by default (for example, Team + Bizy AI).
Team + Bizy AI: $5 per user per month, or $50 per user per year
Team without Bizy: $3 per user per month, or $30 per user per year
Organization + Bizy AI: The standard Organization Bizy pricing is $2/user/month or $20/year
Free: Bizy is not included
Your invoice may still show Bizy as its own line item so you can see the cost clearly. Conceptually, Bizy is part of the subscription you choose, not a separate product you only manage after the fact.
On the Plans & billing page, your subscription plan and rewards plan are separate. Bizy rides with the subscription plan. Rewards billing is managed on its own card.
Turn Bizy off (stop including it in your plan)
To stop paying for Bizy at the end of your term:
In the Subscription card, find the Add on section for Bizy
Click the pencil icon and choose Remove Bizy add on
Bizy stays available through the end of your current term (or trial), then turns off. You can Undo while the removal is pending.
To add Bizy back later, use the same Add on section (Add Bizy to your plan) or choose a plan that includes Bizy from Explore plans.
Note: Bizy billing is no longer managed from a Billing tab inside Bizy Settings. Use Plans & billing for include/remove. Use Bizy Settings for who can access Bizy and for connectors.
Getting to Bizy Settings (access and connectors)
Open Company > Bizy Settings from your admin menu (or Admin Settings).
Use the tabs:
Utilization: see how people are using Bizy
Member access: choose who can use Bizy
Connectors and Resources: connectors and rollout docs
Member access: who can use Bizy
On the Member access tab, you choose who is allowed to use Bizy. This controls access only. It does not change what you pay while Bizy is included on your subscription.
When Bizy is included, seat count matches your Bonusly subscription seat count. If your subscription is for 20 people, Bizy is billed for 20 people. Turning access off for some people does not lower the bill.
Turn Bizy on for everyone
Turn Bizy on for everyone is a company-wide switch. When it's on, every member gets Bizy access (including people you add later, based on your company defaults). When it's off, you manage access person by person in the list below.
The summary under the toggle shows how many members currently have Bizy (for example, "Bizy is on for 79 members").
Grant or remove access for one person
Each row shows a person's name, email, department, role, and a Bizy access toggle.
Toggle on: that person can use Bizy.
Toggle off: that person loses Bizy access.
Use individual toggles when you want only some people to use Bizy.
Find people quickly
Search: filter by name, email, or function.
Dept and Role: narrow the list by department or role.
All / Bizy on / Bizy off: see everyone, only people with Bizy on, or only people with Bizy off.
Bizy seats used (top right) is your live count of how many people currently have access.
Connectors tab
Bizy can connect to tools your team already uses (such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, GitHub, Linear, or Granola) so it can pull in useful context. On the Connectors tab, you choose which connector types are available to your organization.
Turning a connector on for the company doesn't connect anyone automatically. Each person still connects their own account when they're ready. Admins set what's allowed; members choose what to link.
Connectors do not add a separate fee.
Resources tab
The Resources tab links to documentation and policies that help you roll out Bizy with confidence:
How Bizy works and what it can do
Privacy and data handling
Security practices
Use it when you're making the case internally or answering questions from your team about AI in Bonusly.
FAQs
Is Bizy a separate add-on or part of the plan?
Bizy is generally available and included with Team and Organization by default (shown as Team + Bizy AI / Organization + Bizy AI). You can remove it from your subscription in Plans & billing if you don't want it. On invoices it may still appear as its own line item.
How do I give Bizy to only some people?
Use Member access in Bizy Settings: turn off Turn Bizy on for everyone if needed, then turn on the per-person Bizy access toggle for the people you want. That controls access only, not billing.
Does turning Bizy off for individuals lower what we pay?
No. While Bizy is included on your subscription, seat count matches your Bonusly subscription seats. Access controls who can use Bizy; it does not create a lower commitment.
How do we opt out of Bizy charges entirely?
Go to Plans & billing, open the Subscription card's Add on section, and choose Remove Bizy add on. Bizy remains available until the end of your current term, then stops.
What's the difference between removing Bizy from the plan and a user closing the Bizy panel?
Removing Bizy from the plan stops including Bizy in your subscription (after the current term). In Bizy Settings > Member access, you decide whether someone is allowed to use Bizy while it is still on the plan. When a user closes Bizy's chat panel, they're only hiding the UI.
Do connectors cost extra?
No. Connectors are about which tools people can link to Bizy.
Where do I see what I'll be billed?
Go to Plans & billing (or Admin Settings > Billing) for your plan, line items, and invoices. Billing history shows subscription invoices with any Bizy line items.
Can non-admins see Bizy Settings?
No. Only admins can open Bizy Settings and change access or connectors.
What is the cost for Team with Bizy?
$5 per user per month all-in, or $50 per user per year. Team without Bizy is $3 per user per month or $30 per user per year. See Bonusly pricing.
