Editing a user's information is easy to do. You can edit things like their name, email address, department, or country.
Editing a user's information
To edit a user's information, first head to your "User Management" page. Then, find the user you want to edit and click the pencil icon in their row:
When you click the pencil icon, you'll see this pop-up:
You can scroll up and down in the pop-up window. Once you've made your changes, scroll to the bottom of the pop-up window and click the "Save" button:
Why can't I edit all of a user's details?
If you have an HRIS/HRMS integration set up, you may not be able to change certain details, like a user's email address or name. To change this information, you'll need to edit it in your HRIS/HRMS first.
We periodically pull data from your HRIS/HRMS, so you should see any updated information reflected in Bonusly within 24 hours. If you want to refresh this information sooner, visit your Integrations page and find your user management integration for steps on how to sync this manually. 🎉
