Bonusly Office Hours provide an opportunity to ask questions, deepen your product knowledge, share experiences, and connect with other admins while learning from real use cases and practical insights.
How to join:
Check the schedule and select the session that works best for your time zone.
Sessions are hosted via Google Meet -join via your browser or desktop app.
What Can You Expect?
-Drop-in format: Get fast answers, learn how other teams are using Bonusly, and share ideas in a casual, drop-in session.
-First Come First Serve: We'll manage a queue, and you may also learn from questions others bring.
-For technical questions, please join our Wednesday sessions, where members of our Support team are available to assist with troubleshooting guidance.
How Can You Prepare?
Ensure Google Meet works on your device head of time.
Have access to your Bonusly account to review specific questions or scenarios together.
Write down any questions ahead of time, whether you’re new to Bonusly or a long-time user.
