Choosing login methods

As a part of setting up your Bonusly account, you'll want to choose how your teams can access Bonusly. To start, use the admin toolbar to navigate to the Company > Recognition Settings page. Then scroll down and click on the link for advanced settings.

Under advanced settings, scroll down to the bottom, where you'll see options for multifactor authentication and login methods.

You can toggle each login method on or off by checking or unchecking the box next to each option.

Restricting Access to Single Sign On (SSO)

If SSO is enabled for your company, users can still access Bonusly via other methods. If you want to update your settings to include SSO only, you can do that in the advanced settings section of the Company > Recognition Settings page.

You'll see an additional option to Restrict to Single Sign On under your login methods.

Click to add a checkmark next to Restrict to Single Sign On, followed by the Save Settings button.

By enabling this option, users will no longer be able to sign in through the other methods listed.

Make sure to hit the Save Settings button before closing the page, and all changes will go into effect immediately! πŸŽ‰

Recommendations for enhanced security

❗️Important: We recommend that all customers either use restricted access to Single Sign On or enable MFA to keep Bonusly accounts secure. πŸ”’

If web login is enabled, we strongly recommend requiring Multifactor Authentication (MFA) for all users to add an extra layer of security. Beginning September 14, 2022, all Admins will be required to have MFA enabled unless SSO is in place.
