Activity and Settings pages
When you expand the Company tab in the Admin section of the admin toolbar, you'll find options to click on Billing Activity and Billing Settings:
Billing Activity
The Billing Activity page tracks your company's day-to-day invoiced activities.
Recent Invoices
The Recent Invoices table displays all invoices for subscription, proration, implementation fees, and rewards billed.
Viewing Invoices
On the right side of any invoice, you can download a PDF version of the invoice.
Invoices will show the itemized descriptions of the charges, invoice date, invoice amount, and any payments made.
Making a payment
Admins can make credit card payments on unpaid invoices on the Billing Activity page.
The Make Payment button only displays if a company has invoices with one of these statuses:
not paid
payment due
posted
Postpay companies will see a second page in the invoice addendum that ties the Chargebee invoice to corresponding redeemed rewards.
All the redeemed rewards listed in a rewards invoice will show a total amount displayed at the bottom.
Reward Balance
The Reward Balance table consists of only successful payments and rewards redemptions. The table will not include pending, voided, or failed transactions since those do not impact rewards balances.
Note: Convenience fees are also not shown in the Reward Balance for Postpay companies since they do not impact the overall rewards balance.
You can also export and download CSV files. All companies will see downloadable Chargebee PDFs in the rewards balance table.

Billing Settings
The Billing Settings page makes it easy to manage all of your billing settings and preferences in one place! π€©
Subscription Billing
The Subscription Billing section provides an overview of your current company subscription plan. It shows the cost per amount of users, the annual cost, and when the next payment is due.
Reward Billing
The Reward Billing section displays information on the active payment mode for rewards. Accounts will default to postpay via credit card, including a reminder about the payment schedule.
If you'd like to switch to prepay, click the Setup Prepay button to get started. Benefits of prepay include:
No fees. There is a 3% convenience fee for companies on the post-pay method.
Ease of accounting. The amount charged to your credit card is the same every time, so there will be no variable or hard-to-identify charges, which makes bookkeeping easier.
Prevents catalog interruptions. If your card expires or otherwise becomes unavailable, you have time to update your payment information to ensure service is uninterrupted for your team.
When prepay is enabled, you'll see a notification about the automatic fulfillment of your rewards balance. You can update your prepay settings at any time using the Modify Prepay Settings button.
Other Account and Payment Settings
You can manage your Contact Information, Billing Address, Payment Method, and Purchase Order Numbers by clicking on the pencil edit icon to the right of each section.
