Learn how to navigate billing activity and settings in your Bonusly account

Learn how to interact with your billing in Bonusly, including invoiced activities, rewards balances, managing account and payment settings, and much more. 🤩

Activity and Settings pages

When you expand the Company tab in the Admin section of the admin toolbar, you'll find options to click on Plans & billing and Billing activity:

Plans & billing

The Plans & billing page makes it easy to manage all of your billing settings and preferences in one place! 🤩

Subscription settings

The Subscription Billing section provides an overview of your current company subscription plan.

Here you'll find:

  1. Subscription tier and term

  2. User count- Number of users in your account

  3. Seats- Number of Bonusly licenses purchased for duration of current term

  4. Next true-up date- If additional seats are required to support user count increase, you will be invoiced on this date

  5. Subscription renewal date

Reward Billing

The Reward Billing section displays information on the Reward Billing plan set up for your account.

Other Account and Payment Settings

You can manage your Contact Information, Billing Address, Payment Method, and Purchase Order Numbers by clicking on the pencil edit icon to the right of each section.

Billing Activity

The Billing activity page tracks your company's day-to-day invoiced activities.

Recent Invoices

The Recent Invoices table displays all invoices for subscription, implementation fees, and rewards billed.

Viewing Invoices

On the right side of any invoice, you can download a PDF version of the invoice.

In the Recent Invoices table, the download icon is located on the right side under the Download Invoice section.

Invoices will show the itemized descriptions of the charges, invoice date, invoice amount, and any payments made.

Reward Balance

The Reward Balance table consists of successful payments for rewards redemptions. The table will not include pending, voided, or failed transactions since those do not impact rewards balances.

You can also export and download CSV files. All companies will see downloadable Chargebee PDFs in the rewards balance table.
