Viewing a survey

You can review a survey two ways:

  1. Directly from your inbox by clicking on the "Respond now" button

2. Clicking on the "SIGNALS" link in your toolbar

Both of these options will link to your Signals Dashboard, where you can review open and sent surveys that have been assigned to you. ✨

Pro tip: You don’t have to complete a survey all at once. You can come back later and continue your submission as long as it is in an open state. Bonusly will automatically save your updates. Hooray for flexibility! 🤩

Respond to a survey

To respond to a survey, start by clicking on the "Get Started" button.

Survey Overview

Next, you'll see an overview, which tells you more information about the survey including:

  • Number of questions

  • Message from the sender

  • Visibility

  • Description

Pro tip: Click on the 'help icon' for articles and more information on how to give and receive feedback. ⭐️

To start answering questions you can click the "Get Started" button or the green arrow at the bottom of the page.

Next, select or type the answer to each question card. Cards will automatically move on to the next question once you complete your answer.

Need to edit your answer? No problem! You can go back and review questions and change your answers by selecting the green back arrow at the bottom of the page. 🎉

Once you’ve answered all of the question cards, you’ll see a Last Step card letting you know you’ve completed the survey. Select "Finish & Submit" to send your survey off for review. 👀

Pro tip: You can update your responses even after you submit them up until the closing date. 🙌

Congrats! Your survey is complete! Celebrate with a confetti party (that’s our favorite part!) 🎉

Click on the "Home icon" to return to your Signals Dashboard to review all open and sent surveys assigned to you. You can update responses to any survey while it is in an open state from the dashboard. Surveys in a Sent state are no longer available for edits.
