Finding a specific bonus

You can find specific bonuses by filtering the list of bonuses on the 'Manage Bonuses' page. There are two ways to filter: by time range, and by user.

Filtering by time range

By default, the 'Manage Bonuses' page will display bonuses given in the current month. You can use the drop-down menu at the top-left of the screen to select any month, or view bonuses from 'All Time':

You can zero in on any date range by clicking the 'Filter by date' button on the top-left:

The month drop-down will be replaced by a calendar that you can use to fine-tune your date selection: 

Filtering by user

Need to find a bonus or list of bonuses given by a specific user?

Just click the 'Filter by Users button on the top-left of the screen, and add the user's email address or name, (*hint: only one box needs to be filled in with the email or name) then click the 'Filter' button:

Need to find a bonus or list of bonuses given by a department?

Just click the 'Filter users' button on the top-left of the screen, and then click the dropdown arrow for the department you would like run:

Need to find a bonus or list of bonuses given by a specific location?

Just click the 'Filter by Users button on the top-left of the screen, and then click the dropdown arrow for the location you would like run:
