You'll see two types of bills from us: subscription payments and reward payments.
Paying for your subscription
Your subscription is paid on an annual basis (Annual plans get a discount!). Please contact us for enterprise and nonprofit pricing.
You can track your subscription payments here by selecting "Subscription" underneath the "Payment History" header.
Paying for rewards
You only pay for rewards when employees redeem their Bonusly earnings (such as for an Amazon.com gift card). You never pay for any unused bonus budget.

Reward payments are billed at the end of the month, and whenever total reward redemptions exceed $100.00. Alternatively, you can set up pre-pay for your rewards to save a little money and simplify the process.

Here's how it works, step by step:
Employees give each other bonuses. Bonus earnings can be redeemed for rewards, such as gift cards and charitable donations.
When the earnings are redeemed for a reward, a line-item is added to your monthly invoice. For example, a line-item for $5 would be added to your invoice if an employee redeems her points for a $5 Amazon gift card.
You can pre-pay or post-pay for rewards. Read more about those modes here.
