You'll see two types of bills from us: subscription payments and reward payments.

Paying for your subscription

The cost for your subscription is determined by the number of users in your Bonusly account and the plan you're enrolled in: Bonusly Core or Bonusly Pro.  

Your subscription is paid on an annual basis (Annual plans get a discount!). Please contact us for enterprise and nonprofit pricing. 

You can track your subscription payments on your Company > Billing page.

Start by clicking the Manage button in your Subscription Payment Settings and then click on Billing History to view your transactions.

Paying for rewards

You only pay for rewards when employees redeem their Bonusly earnings (such as for an gift card). You never pay for any unused monthly allowance budget.

Reward payments are billed at the end of the month, and whenever total reward redemptions exceed $100.00. Alternatively, you can set up pre-pay for your rewards to save a little money and simplify the process. 

You can review Rewards payments on your Company > Billing page. Scroll down to the Reward Payment History to see the history of payments. You can filter by date range and export the information to a .csv or .pdf file for further review.

Here's how it works, step by step:

  1. Employees give each other recognition. Recognition earnings can be redeemed for rewards, such as gift cards and charitable donations.

  2. When the earnings are redeemed for a reward, a line-item is added to your monthly invoice. For example, a line-item for $5 would be added to your invoice if an employee redeems her points for a $5 Amazon gift card.

  3. You can pre-pay or post-pay for rewards. Read more about those modes here.

Note: All Bonusly invoices are billed in USD and we are unable to adjust billing to a different currency
